Your request.
Your choice to send.

Request drafts stay in your browser

The repair request form prepares an email draft locally. It does not upload your form entries to an OrderEmailFix database. Copying or downloading the draft also happens locally.

When you send an email

Opening your mail app prepares a message; you decide whether to send it. Once sent, your email and its contents are processed by the mail providers involved and received at the configured service address. Share only the information necessary to review your issue.

What to leave out

Do not include passwords, API keys, payment information, or customer records in an initial request. Access requirements are discussed after the scope is agreed.

Website visits

This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting providers may process standard request metadata needed to serve and secure the website. The site does not use browser storage to retain request drafts.

Follow-up and deletion

Reply to the same service email thread to ask about your request, correct your contact information, or request deletion of correspondence, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
