Costs requiring separate agreement
Sending-provider charges and premium plugin licences are separate. Complex custom development, payment-gateway repairs, malware cleanup, marketing campaigns, and ongoing monitoring require a separate quote.
Access and changes
Provide only the access agreed for the task. Use temporary accounts where practical. Before changes involving plugins or themes, confirm a current backup and an appropriate test plan. Do not send credentials in the initial request.
What successful testing establishes
Tests verify the agreed workflow and observed delivery at the time of testing. Recipient filtering, domain reputation, provider limits, and third-party outages may still affect future delivery. There is no promise of universal inbox placement or immediate resolution.
